Dave Kreye | President and Chief Executive Officer
David Kreye, President and CEO, has 25+ years of acute care hospital and healthcare experience including 20 plus years in C-suite roles. His experience includes P&L responsibility for business with revenue in excess of $1,250,000,000; responsibility for multiple facilities in multiple markets; opening and managing of a green field hospital and ASCs; multiple successful hospital turnaround efforts in the investor-owned and private equity/venture capital environment with more than a half dozen successful transitions taking hospitals from financially struggling to profitability and stability while building medical staff and enterprise wide quality and financial reporting and management matrix ; He has successfully completed business acquisition/JV formation; opening physician group practices as well as outpatient diagnostic centers. Mr. Kreye has served in executive roles for HMA, Essent, Vanguard, as well as venture capital owned entities. His focus is on development, financial operations, management analytics, strategic planning, and business growth.
Michael Zwetschkenbaum | Chief Financial Officer
Michael Zwetschkenbaum CFO, brings a combination of Big 4 public accounting experience and 20+ years of hospital CFO experience to Canyon Atlantic Partners. Based in the firm’s Jacksonville office, Michael led all facets of healthcare finance, including prominent national hospitals and health systems, physician group practices and integrated delivery systems. Prior to joining Canyon Atlantic Partners, Michael was CFO of Steward Healthcare, an international healthcare organization. In this role, he was part of the team that acquired, transitioned, and implemented standardized processes and technology focused on quality of care, culture, and cash flow for 40 hospitals throughout the United States. In addition, he oversaw the daily operations of the hospital entities and revenue cycle. In 2013, he started a software company that today has healthcare clients throughout the United States and India. Michael began his career as a Hospital CFO with a small growing hospital management company where he was trained in most hospital functions. Prior to entering the healthcare industry, Michael worked for Arthur Anderson, LLP as a managing auditor in their Ft. Lauderdale, FL office. He is also a speaker for the Florida Northeast Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
Steve Wyle | Vice President of Finance and Operations
Steve Wyle, VP of Finance and Operations, has 25+ years experience in acute care hospital leadership roles including Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of a privately held for profit acute care hospital company which he grew from 3 hospitals to 8 prior to executing a transaction. He has served as VP of Finance and Operations for multiple acute care hospitals in multiple regions and has led the transition of newly acquired hospitals from negative cash flow and instability to positive cash flow and financial stability. He has increased financial and operational performance through out his career through engaging medical staff, employees and community leaders. Steve’s early career path was in revenue cycle management in acute care hospitals followed by multiple CFO positions in acute care hospitals prior to being promoted to corporate executive positions for HMA, Essent and Regional Care Hospital Partners.
Tom Dunning | Vice President of Operations
Tom Dunning, VP of Operations, has 25+ years in healthcare with 20+years in acute care hospital C-suite roles. He has held P&L responsibility for multiple hospitals, including publicly traded for profit and not for profit, and increased revenue and profitability in all of his leadership roles. Tom is a proven driver of top line growth and bottom-line impact with a passion for medical staff development. He has consistently produced results in excess of EBITDA expectations though out his career.
Paul Brenner | Vice President of Development
Paul Brenner, VP of Development, has 25+ years in capital markets, healthcare and business growth. Paul has successfully led capital funding in multiple industries for multiple growth as well a producing organic and acquired growth in healthcare. Mr. Brenner’s focus in on acquisitions and capital funding as well as strategic partnerships.
Armen Arakalian | Chief Information Officer
Armen Arakalian, CIO, holds 25+ years of healthcare experience as well as 15+ years experience as CIO for healthcare companies. Armen has consistently produced savings as well as helping to drive revenue through out his career with HCA, Essent, Regional Care Hospital Partners and as a private consultant.
